Abstract

Symptoms of dyspepsia are found in 18,6 % of patients with pulmonary tuberculosis. The symptoms are conditioned in most cases (89,4 %) by comorbide Hp-associated gastroduodenal pathology, and much less frequently (in 10,6 % of cases) are caused by side effects of anti-tuberculosis drugs. If pulmonary tuberculosis is accompanied by chronic gastritis, gastroduodenitis, stomach and duodenal ulcers, or gastroesophageal reflux disease, the latter diseases can be diagnosed by means of a system of clinical, laboratory and instrumental parameters.

Key words
